Asgard Cleanroom Solutions in conjunction with G-CON Manufacturing Europe have successfully completed our first manufactured European Standard Single & Double Bi-directional PODS to produce Cell & Gene therapies.
This Project commenced on 11th of January and was handed over on schedule (during Covid-19 level 5 lockdown) to G-CON for commencement of Engineering / Factory Acceptance Testing on Monday 22 March.
These ISO 7 classified PODs were constructed with a 6-post structural frame, open grated roof, fully recyclable aluminium honeycomb panels with 3m high ceilings. The overall manufacturing programme was completed in ten weeks.
Our standard POD range can be manufactured and factory acceptance tested within three months of order. We have six standard POD types within our catalogue of design which have been developed by @G-CON and are available to purchase today!
