Contract Summary

Between 2005 and 2008, Asgard have completed the design, supply and installation of approx €4million of cleanroom envelope components at the above site, consisting of approx 6,000m2 of cleanroom space, which includes high specification cleanroom envelope, with some turnkey projects where Asgard are PSDP and PSCS.

Scope of works

• Electrical - Design, supply and installation of recessed stainless steel service panels, automation of rapid roller doors, sliding and
hinged doors and their interlocking.

•Ceilings – 3,000m2 of walk on ceiling panels, and 3,000m2 of aluminium grid ceilings.

• Partitions – 5,000m2 of metal faced fully flush partition panelling systems of various thickness to suit fire ratings etc. 200m2 of glazed system glazing to various fire ratings.

• Doorsets – Provision of approx 200 fully flush hinged doorsets.

• Interlocking – Design, supply, installation and commissioning of various complex interlocking systems including maintenance service contracts.

•Flooring- Approx 3000m2 of mipolam vinyl supplied on various projects.

• Furniture – Design, manufacture and installation of stainless steel and phenolic resin furniture including many items within the cleanroom areas.
