Job description:

JOB SPECIFICATION:

Job Title:                    Marketing Administrator

Salary:                         TBA based on experience

Place of Work:           Kilkenny, Co. Kilkenny

Terms:                         Permanent/Full-time

Reporting to:              Managing Director

Hours:                          Monday to Thursday 8.30 to 5.00pm; Friday 8.30 to 3.30pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Updating and maintaining website content
  • Managing social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube).
  • Designing and acquiring promotional and branded material, ads, banners, stationery, safety gear etc.
  • Liaising with designers and printing companies
  • Measuring performance of digital marketing efforts
  • Organising exhibitions and events
  • Designing and updating companies’ Project Profiles, PowerPoint Presentations and other documentation
  • Posting job adverts, issuing Purchase Orders
  • Reception duties such as answering and forwarding phone calls, accepting deliveries, welcoming clients and guests and other ad-hoc duties

 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Level 7 or higher in a marketing or similar qualification.
  • 2+ years experience in a similar role
  • Highly motivated – be able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Package (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as MailChimp and Google Analytics
