Contract Summary

The Asgard cleanroom envelope on this project involved works to three areas of different classifications which were the
laboratory, wet process and can filling rooms. The value of this project to Asgard was €900k.

Scope of works

• Ceilings – 900m2 of fully flush long span walk-on plank ceiling panels

• Partitions – 800m2 of metal faced fully flush FM approved panelling 50mm thick and 300m2 of phenolic resin panelling

• Doorsets – Provision of approx 30 GRP and phenolic resin doors

• Interlocking – Design, supply, installation and commissioning of interlocking to a 5 door arrangement

• Miscellaneous – Supply and installation of pass through hatches
